Renovations & Dependable Building
Common Costs Guide

Knowing what to expect helps you plan a project that fits your budget and timeline. These guidelines are based on our most recent jobs in the area.

There are two ways to think about remodeling costs:

YOU CAN DESIGN TO A FIXED BUDGET:

  • If you have a firm budget in mind for your project, sharing that with us up front is critical so that we can suggest options that fit that budget.

  • Note: Our focus is on delivering exceptional service and high-quality craftsmanship through our design-build approach. While we strive to provide value at every budget, our process and commitment to quality may not align with lower fixed budgets. We're dedicated to creating lasting results that reflect your vision and investment.

YOU CAN LET THE DESIGN DRIVE THE BUDGET:

  • If you have a flexible budget and are open to exploring possibilities, our design-and-budget consultation process is the perfect starting point.

  • This approach allows us to collaborate with you to develop a vision for your space, presenting creative solutions and tailored options to align with your goals.

  • Together, we’ll discover what’s possible while ensuring your investment reflects the quality and functionality you desire.

Other Projects

Office, Den, Basement, and Attic

Beyond kitchens and bathrooms, we specialize in transforming a variety of spaces to fit your lifestyle and needs. Whether it’s creating a functional home office, designing a cozy den, finishing a basement for added living space, or updating a bedroom for a more modern feel, we bring the same commitment to quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design. No matter the project, our goal is to create spaces that are both beautiful and practical, enhancing the comfort and value of your home.

Note that kitchens and bathrooms are the most expensive rooms to remodel. Other rooms, like bedrooms and living rooms, require less materials (no pricey cabinets and fixtures!), less labor, and are faster to complete.
